- Go To Venues in Munu Cloud Portal and select the venue you want to change opening hours.
- Scroll down to Capacity plans. Here you see all your active capacity plans and their assigned opening hours.

Change existing opening hours
- Adjust the period where these opening hours should be valid ( only needed if this period changes) by changing
active fromandactive todates.. - Remove or add active weekdays
- type new
active time fromandactive time to. These are the actual opening hours for the specified days. - Capacity Check type: Choose advanced
- Remember to save changes when you are done

⚠️ Make sure that days do not get overlapping active days and opening hours.
- If your default duration is e.g 2 hours on the Capacity plan,
Active time tohave to be set to 2 hours later than the the lates availeble timeslot online. → So if latest available time-slot online should be 20:00, the active time to should end 22:00- 2 Capacity plans can not overlap in time. E.g, Lunch active to 15:30, dinner starts 15:00.
Active time tocan not extend over midnight. 23:59 at latest. </aside>
Add additional opening hours
You can also add a new row, and fill inn all the requested information. Then you need to
- choose the capacity plan to be used
- add active from and active to to specify the valid dates these opening hours
- choose weekdays those opening hours are applied to
- Set the actual opening hours for ( active time from, active time to)
- Capacity Check type: Choose advanced
- Remember to save changes when you are done
