System Freezing or Slow Performance

POS Not Starting
- Ensure the power cable is properly connected to both the POS device and the power outlet.
- Ensure the power adapter is connected to the cable
- Try a different power outlet to test if the issue is with the current one.
- Check for visible damage on the cable—if it is broken, replace it.
- Let the device cool down for a few minutes before attempting to restart it.
- Try a forced restart (hold the power button for a few seconds).
POS Not Connected to Network
- Restart POS
- Ensure the network cable is properly connected.
- Try a different network port or cable.
- Check if the router is working and if there is an active internet connection.
- Restart the router
- If the POS system is still not working, try connecting another device to the same network to determine if the issue is with the network or the device itself.
