When to use this
Recurring bookings are useful when the same guest or group needs a reservation on multiple dates - for example, a weekly lunch booking or afterwork once a month.
Instead of creating each booking from scratch, you create the first one and then duplicate it to all the dates it applies to.
Create a recurring booking
Create the first booking with all the required details - name, contact info, scenario, number of guests, and table assignment
Get everything right on this first booking, as all copies will use the same details.
After filling in the form, click Create a duplicate on another date or time
Add all the dates the booking should apply to
Each date becomes a separate booking with the same guest details and scenario.
Click Save and send when all dates have been added
Tip: If the guest has provided a phone number or email, adding those details on the first booking means the system will show their full booking history when you look up their name in future — making it easy to spot all their upcoming recurring reservations at once.
