Printer Not Printing

- Check and reload paper if necessary.
- Clear any paper jams.
- Perform a self-test by turning off the printer, holding the Feed button, and turning it back on. Print a test page to check if the printer is functioning.
- Ensure the printer is turned on and the power cable is properly connected.
- If using a network printer, ensure the network cable is properly connected to the router or network switch.
- Turn off both the printer and the POS device, wait a few seconds, and turn them back on.
