Gift Card - Refund

1. Click the “Gavekort” button on your POS

2. Swipe the gift card in the reader or enter the card number manually

   

3. Click on a transaction and click “Refunder”

4. Select how the customer should be refunded

5. Enter how much should be refunded

6. Enter the reason

   

7. Click “Bekreft” to confirm
