Cancel order functionality on the POS removes the whole ordered entered. If ordered have been parked in advance and kitchen/bar slips have been printed, this operation will trigger a new slip (correction splip) to the different printers/production locations.
If enabled, a message where you need to select from predefined reasons for the cancellation will be displayed on your POS. Select reason and add a comment for the cancellation to complete the cancellation of the order.
