⚠️ Customer using our Booking API to create bookings from a 3rd party system do not use confirmation messages, but may use reminders.
Edit confirmations and reminders
All confirmations and reminders are created in Munu Cloud Portal. They can be individual per capacity plan and make use of email, SMS or both.
Go to Munu Cloud, and select capacity plans.
Choose the capacity plan you want to create/edit confirmation or reminder.
Open External messages

- Message types: Choose if you want to send confirmation, reminder or both on the selected capacity plan
- Channel: Choose if you want to send email, SMS, or both on the selected capacity plan
- Reply from guest: Choose if the guest can reply to the email. (SMS it not possible)
- Confirmations:
- SMS: Fill inn this field with the text you want. Some information be be added dynamically by using tags (see list of available tags below).

- Email: Confirmations and reminders Change/edit the subject of email or the text as you want.

- Reminder: Send reminder, X hours prior to arrival.
- SMS: Fill inn this field with the text you want. Some information be be added dynamically by using tags (see list of available tags below).
