When the waiting list is activated for the chosen capacity plan, you can add entries to it directly from the booking app (1). You can either register a walk-in and agree on a maximum waiting time or add a waitlist entry for a later date or time (2). The guest will get informed about it on SMS or email as specified in the capacity plan. All waitlist entries for the chosen time are displayed in a separate tab next to your bookings and marked black in the capacity chart(3).
To accept a waitlist entry you can either drag it on a table or change the status (double-click on waitlist entry) to “registered”. A confirmation message is send to the guest.

Waitlist on your POS:
Register and update all your waitlist entries directly from POS. Add walk-ins to your waitlist and assign a time they are willing to wait. When you accept the waitlist, it is turned into a booking automatically and the guest is informed by SMS.

Easily get access to all upcoming waitlist entries as well as walk-ins that are currently waiting. Accept with just one click and turn a waitlist entry into a booking. If the waiting time or the requested date expires and the waitlist is not accepted it will be removed automatically from the list.

If a certain timeslot is fully booked, the webshop widget allows users to place a request on the waitlist for the specified time by clicking on "waitlist". They fill inn all the contact information. If a confirmaton message is configured, they receive confirmation about the successful entri on waitlist
