Go to Inventory → Items to see an overview of all items in the product catalogue. Items are centrally managed, but you can access and edit individual parameters by clicking on an item name.
Item fields
Fields marked with * are mandatory.

| Name | The name of the item |
| Group | The group the item belongs to |
| Supplier | The supplier of the item |
| EPD | Item number |
| EAN | Barcode for the item |
| Warehouse note | Where the item is stored in the warehouse |
| Minimum quantity | In base units — used for item order suggestions |
| Ideal quantity | In base units — used for item ordering suggestions |
| Counting frequency | Default is monthly |
| Default Item Receiving | Set to YES for items that are frequently received, to make the receiving process easier |
Defining the packaging tree
Each item can have different packaging sizes defined to simplify counting and receiving:
- Base unit — set at creation, cannot be changed
- Packaging unit — defines a larger unit for easier counting, e.g. a full bottle instead of counting centilitres
- Purchasing unit — defines the order quantity, e.g. how many bottles are in a case
